If we are a participant in your insurance plan than we will gladly file your claim for you. Co-payments and/or deductibles are payable at the time of service. If we do not participate in your plan than payment in full will be required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, personal checks, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
