Medication Refills
Call our office during business hours and leave a voice mail for medication refills. Your request will be processed within 24 hours or less. Please provide the following information:
- Patient’s name and date of birth
- Drug name, dosage and frequency taken
- Pharmacy name and phone number
Calls received after 4:00 pm M-TH or after 12 noon on Friday will be processed the next business day. Please do not call after hours for routine medication refills.
